Shipping policy

Please be advised, if the hair is not on hand it will take 2-3 business days for processing time and 3-7 additional business days for shipping. Except delays during sales period and holidays. If you are pre-ordering hair, the processing time will start the next business day after the order is placed. Processing time is Monday-Friday. Any orders placed on a Friday will be processed that following Monday. If you are not sure about a product being available for immediate shipping or pick up reach out to customer service via text 804-894-4017 or email us at beautygoalsbyshaky@yahoo.com. All wigs that’s listed on the website, is available for same day shipping and pick up.
